Q: Do I need an account to use the app?

A: No! CarGPT does not require an account to use the app. However, you need to have internet access to identify cars with images.

Q: How do I get credits or subscribe?

A: CarGPT offers two payment options:

• 50 Credits: $1.99 - Each car identification request consumes one credit. Perfect for occasional use.
• Unlimited Monthly Subscription: Monthly billing (billed automatically each month until cancelled) - Provides unlimited car identifications for the duration of the subscription period.

You can purchase credits or subscribe from the Settings page in the app. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Q: Is my data being collected?

A: No personal data is collected. However, CarGPT uses Firebase Analytics to anonymously track how the app is used — for example, which features are accessed and how long they're used. This data does not include personal identifiers such as your name, email, IP address, or any health information. It is collected only to help improve app functionality and user experience.
