1. Introduction

Welcome to CarGPT! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the CarGPT mobile application (the "App"), developed by Ahmet Ömer. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of the App

CarGPT is an AI-powered car identification app that uses advanced machine learning to recognize and identify cars from any photo. The App is:

Requires internet connection for AI processing
Available without registration or login
Designed for car enthusiasts, buyers, and collectors

Full access is available through a simple credit-based system with no subscriptions required.

3. Credit System and Pricing

CarGPT uses a credit-based system for car identification services:

50 Credits: $1.99
100 Credits: $2.99
500 Credits: $9.99
1000 Credits: $17.99

Details:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
No subscriptions - only pay for what you need.
You can restore purchases from within the App if reinstalling or switching devices.
Each car identification request consumes one credit.

4. Refunds

All payments are handled by Apple. Refunds are issued solely at Apple's discretion, and users seeking a refund must follow Apple's refund request process through their App Store account.

5. User Data and Privacy

CarGPT does not require registration and does not collect any personal information. Your photos are processed for car identification purposes only and are not saved on our servers.

To help improve the app experience and understand feature usage, CarGPT uses Firebase Analytics, a service provided by Google. This integration is limited to anonymous usage tracking only, such as:

When the app is opened
Which features or screens are used
General interaction duration

No personal data is collected or stored—this includes no access to your name, IP address, email, device identifiers, or any car photos. The analytics data is strictly aggregated and cannot be traced back to any individual user. Users may opt out of analytics tracking by adjusting their device settings.

6. Intellectual Property

All AI models, design elements, and generated content within CarGPT are the property of the developer. However, users may freely use and share their car identification results for personal or non-commercial purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

CarGPT is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees regarding accuracy of car identification, fitness for purpose, or uninterrupted operation. The developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be reflected within the App or the App Store listing. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
